February 21st, 2015 - World of Outlaws Late Models Invade Volusia
1The World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series invaded Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) on Thursday night for the final three nights of the 44th Annual DIRTcar Nationals.

Forty-nine entries filled the pit area for the first $10,000-to-win event of the week. Junghans failed to qualify for the 50-lap finale via preliminary action and would have to utilize a series provisional to lock in the 28th starting spot on the grid. Despite starting at the back of the pack Chase marched his way forward, advancing fifteen spots to a thirteenth place finish in the final rundown.

Friday night's WoO Late Model Series program also boosted a $10,000 top prize to competitors in the DIRTcar Nationals. Forty-seven Super Late Models converged on the 1/2-mile oval. Chase failed to reach a transfer position in either his heat race to a b-main, forcing him to utilize a series' emergency provisional to lock in the 27th starting position for the 50-lap feature. Junghans went on to cross the finish line in seventeenth.

A tough week at Volusia Speedway Park came to a close on Saturday night for the Manhattan, Kansas star. Forty-five entries registered for the $10,000-to-win, WoO Late Model Series finale. Chase fell one spot short of a transfer position through his heat race, relinquishing him to a b-main. He later won the b-main, locking him into the seventeenth starting spot for the 50-lap main event. Junghans charged forward in the feature, advancing eight positions en route to a solid ninth place finish.

February 18th, 2015 - Junghans Competes in DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia
1Action shifted to Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) on Monday night as Chase Junghans began a week-long series of event in the 44th Annual DIRTcar Nationals.

Chase entered the $7,000-to-win opener, which drew a field of forty-three UMP Super Late Models to the 1/2-mile oval. Junghans failed to reach a transfer position in heat race action, sending him to a b-main. In the b-main he raced to a sixth place finish, but only the top three finishers moved on to the 30-lap feature, ending his night early.

Junghans resumed competition on Wednesday after Tuesday night's events were cancelled due to inclement weather. The winner's check increased to $10,000 which saw forty-eight entries register for battle. Junghans' night would once again come to a disappointing early end as he failed to qualify for the 40-lap finale.

February 15th, 2015 - Bubba Raceway Park Up Next for Shop Quik Racing
1Chase Junghans and the Shop Quik Racing team traveled to Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida) for the opening round of the Bubba Army Winter Nationals.

Twenty-eight entries registered for the UMP Super Late Model event on Friday night, which boosted a $5,000 top prize. Chase raced to a fifth place finish in the second heat race, earning him the fourteenth starting spot on the feature grid. He went on to record an eleventh place finish at the checkered flag in the 30-lap main event.

The World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series sanctioned a $10,000-to-win program on Saturday night in Round #2 of the Winter Nationals. Chase qualified fourth overall among the twenty-entries and went on to win his heat race, sending him to the redraw for the 50-lap feature. Junghans received this sixth starting spot for the main event but would settled to a ninth place finish in the final rundown.

Sunday evening's Bubba Army Winter Nationals finale also boosted a $10,000 top for WoO competitors, and the car count would increase to thirty-one entrants. Chase posted the ninth fastest lap overall during time trails, earning him the third starting spot for his heat race. Struggles in heat race action left Junghans short of a transfer position, which sent him to a b-main. He fell one spot short of the transfer in the b-main, forcing him to utilize a series provisional to lock in the 23rd starting spot on the feature grid. Chase advanced eight spot in the 50-lap finale to a fifteenth place finish.

February 7th, 2015 - Chase Junghans Enters Winter Freeze at Screven

Thirty-four entries register for the unsanctioned, $5,000-to-win event. Junghans failed to qualify for the feature via time trials, sending him to a b-main. He advanced from eighth to finish fourth in his b-main, earning him the sixteenth starting spot on the feature grid. A $10,000 top prize was up for grabs on Friday night in round #2 of the Winter Freeze as the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series began their 2015 campaign. Thirty-two entries returned for battle, and Chase failed to reach a transfer position in his heat race, forcing him to run a b-main. A third place finish in his b-main earned Junghans the 22nd starting position for the 50 lap feature. He went on to register a seventeenth place finish at the checkered flag.

Saturday night's finale for the 5th Annual Winter Freeze at Screven Motor Speedway also boosted a $10,000 top prize. Thirty-three entries converged on the oval for the WoO Late Model Series event, and via time trials Chase locked into the third starting spot for heat race action. Unfortunately, he slipped to a sixth place finish which sent him to a b-main. A second place finish in the b-main locked him into the 20th starting spot for the finale. In the 50 lapper, Junghans raced to a seventeenth place finish.
