May 24th, 2015 - Chase Junghans Makes Stop at Lucas Oil Speedway
1 Next stop on Chase Junghans race schedule was the 2nd Annual Cowboy Classic at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri). After taking the weekend off last week, Chase made a visit Thursday to Lucas Oil Speedway on his way to Tyler County Speedway for the Jackpot 100.

Following a second place finish in his heat behind Scott Lewis, Chase earned a 10th place starting spot for the 2nd Annual Cowboy Classic. When the 45-lap battle came to end, Chase Junghans crossed the finish line in the 14th position.

1Competing in a Lucas Oil MLRA race Thursday, Chase Junghans made the trip to Tyler County Speedway (Middlebourne, West Virginia) for a World of Outlaws event Saturday and Sunday. On the first night of the separate two night show, Chase Junghans failed to make the feature from his heat and B-Main, which resulted in him using a provisional to make the show. After starting in 23rd, Chase recorded a 14th place finish in the A-Main.

Sunday night proved to be a better night for Chase at Tyler County Speedway as he went on to pull off a 4th place finish in the A-Main. Following 3rd fastest qualifying time in his group, Chase went on to win his heat setting him up for his 4th place exit on night two.

May 9th, 2015 - Shop Quik Racing Battles Bad Luck with WoO
1Chase Junghans took his Shop Quik Racing #18 Capital/Jay Dickens Super Late Model into action in another doubleheader weekend with the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series as the team looked for better luck.

Action opened on Friday night with a trip to Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Kentucky), where 40 entries registered for battle. Chase failed to qualify for the feature via heat race action, but won his b-main to lock into the 18th starting spot for the 50 lap feature. In the main event at the tricky 1/3 mile oval he progressively worked his way forward in the field, racing into the top ten by the midway point. Unfortunately bad luck bit him on lap 32, when he was collected in a multi-car melee, which ended his night in the 19th position.

Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) played host to the tour on Saturday night, and it would be another tough night for Junghans. Struggles early in the night forced Chase to utilize a provisional to start the feature 24th. He would go on to advance to a 17th place finish.

May 2nd, 2015 - Tarheel State Doubleheader for Chase Junghans
1Shop Quik Racing and Chase Junghans opened a doubleheader weekend With the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series in the state of North Carolina on Friday night with a trip to Friendship Motor Speedway (Elkin, North Carolina). It would prove to be a trying night for the Kansas driver. After starting 19th on the feature grid he was collected in a pair of melees not of his doing before ultimately retiring from the event to an 18th place finish on lap 25.

Saturday evening took the team to Fayetteville Motor Speedway (Fayetteville, North Carolina) for another $10,000-to-win affair. Preliminary action left Chase short of qualifying for the feature, and as a result he was forced to utilize a provisional to start 23rd on the grid. He would go on to advance ten spots to finish 13th in the final rundown.
