November 22nd, 2014 - Chase Junghans Competes in Tennessee and Georgia
1Chase Junghans looked to close out a busy 2014 season over the weekend with a pair of $5,000-to-win events in Tennessee and Georgia.

Cleveland Speedway (Cleveland, Tennessee) was the destination on Friday night at the Southern All Star Racing Series sanctioned the annual Gobbler. Thirty-five Super Late Models entered the event, and with the top ten qualifiers locking into the 50 lap finale Chase would fall short of the mark and have to run a b-main. Action shifted to Boyd's Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia) on Saturday evening for the Turkey Gobble 50, which drew a field of thirty-one Super Late Models to the historic oval. Junghans would once again fall short of locking into the feature via time trials and have to run a b-main. He raced to a second place finish in his b-main, earning him the tenth starting spot on the feature grid. Chase settled to a disappointing nineteenth place finish in the final rundown.

November 8th, 2014 - Junghans Ends WoO Rookie Season at Charlotte
1Chase Junghans ended his World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series rookie season over the weekend with a trip to The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway (Concord, North Carolina) for the 8th Annual World Finals.

Thursday night's program was highlighted by double qualifying rounds for the seventy-five entries, which determined the heat race line-ups for each of Friday and Saturday nights, $12,000-to-win events.

Via his first round qualifying efforts, Chase earned the sixth starting spot for his heat race on Friday night. He advanced to a fourth place finish which left him one spot short of the transfer, sending him to a b-main. He later won his respective b-main, earning him the 20th starting spot on the feature grid. Junghans went on to register a nineteenth place finish at the checkered flag.

The team looked for a better outing on Saturday unfortunately, Junghans started the night off with heat race struggles that would put him behind the eight-ball. Having failed to transfer through the heat race he would have to run a b-main, where he only managed a fifth place finish. As a result Chase would have to utilize a series provisional to lock in the 27th starting spot for the 50 lap finale. He advanced nine positions in the main event to an eighteenth place finish.

November 2nd, 2014 - Top Ten for Junghans in National 100 at EAMS
1Chase Junghans continued his late season southern tour over the weekend as the team traveled to East Alabama Motor Speedway (Phenix City, Alabama) for the 40th running of the National 100.

A strong field of thirty-three Super Late Models converged on the 3/8 mile oval for the mega-event, which posted a $20,000 top prize. Chase qualified tenth overall during time trials on Saturday night before recording a third place finish in his heat race, locking him into the tenth starting spot for Sunday evening's 100 lap finale.

Junghans would battle amongst the top ten throughout the course of the 100 lapper, taking the checkered flag with a solid seventh place finish.
