September 29, 2018 - Top 5 Finish in Outlaw Invasion at Atomic Speedway
aOn Friday night Chase Junghans was one of 35 World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series entries signed in at Atomic Speedway (Alma, Ohio) for the two-day Outlaw Invasion. Following the ninth fastest time in his qualifying group, Junghans logged a 5th place finish in his heat sending him into the B-Main. Streaking to a 10-lap consolation victory, Chase earned the 18th-staritng position for the opening night feature. Coming one spot shy of a Top-5 finish, Chase Junghans charged through the field 12 spots reeling in a 6th place finish.

Returning on Saturday night for the $10,000 top prize, Chase registered a 4th place finish in his heat positioning him 15th on the starting grid for the finale. Wheeling his way into the Top 5, Junghans improved ten spots to place 5th behind Tyler Erb, Mike Marlar, Brandon Sheppard, and Devin Moran.

September 23, 2018 - Pair of Top 10 Finishes With Outlaws on Eastern Swing
aWith Mother Nature postponing Friday’s program to Sunday, Chase Junghans traveled to Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) on Saturday night for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series sanctioned Late Model National Open. In a field of 35 cars, Junghans locked his spot into the opening night feature with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Starting in 12th, Chase passed four cars in the 50-lapper notching an 8th place finish.

On Sunday night at Outlaw Speedway (Dundee, New York), Chase registered the fifth fastest time overall in qualifying before charging to a 10-lap heat race win. Starting the $10,000-to-win finale in 3rd, Junghans dropped three spots in the 50-lap affair to place 6th.

September 15, 2018 - Top 10 Finish in Knoxville Nationals Opener
aThursday night saw Chase Junghans in action at Knoxville Raceway (Knoxville, Iowa) for the 15th annual Knoxville Nationals. With 57 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries on hand, Junghans jumped up one spot in his heat to pick up the 12-lap victory. Earning the 11th-starting position for the $7,000-to-win opening night feature, Chase improved three spots in the 25-lapper to place 8th.

The following night for another $7,000-to-win preliminary feature, Chase suffered motor issues in his heat race that prevented him from finishing. Slated to start on the tail of his C-Main, Junghans scratched from the 12-lapper and prepared for Saturday’s main event.

With his spot already locked into the $40,000-to-win finale with his performance on Thursday evening, Chase Junghans gained six spots in the 100-lap affair registering a 14th place outing.

September 6, 2018 - Junghans Begins 48th World 100 at Eldora Speedway
aChase Junghans made the trip to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Thursday night kicking off the 48th annual World 100. Drawing a stout field of 101 Super Late Models for two rounds of preliminary features, Junghans logged a 6th place finish in his heat sending him into the B-Main for another shot at the show. Transferring the Top 2, Chase came up one spot short with a 3rd place outing.

Friday and Saturday's program was postponed by Mother Nature to October 12th and 13th.
