Chase Junghans competes in Prairie Dirt Classic at FALS

Drawing a stout field of 81 cars for a round of prelims to kick off the doubleheader event, Junghans clocked in eighth-fastest in his 40-car group. Starting his $3,000-to-win prelim in fourth, Chase posted a fifth-place finish in the 25-lapper, relegating him into one of three consolation races on Saturday.

Transferring the top-two into the $50,000-to-win Prairie Dirt Classic, Chase fell short with a sixth-place outing.
