Junghans heads south to All-Tech Raceway
Chase Junghans joined the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) speedweeks on Friday with a trip to All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) for the two-day Winter Nationals.
Alongside a stacked field of 49 cars, Junghans got buried in time trials and his heat but was able to rebound with a 10th-to-6th run in his B-Main.
Back at the half-mile oval on Saturday, Chase’s ninth-place showing in his heat relegated him into a B-Main for one final shot at the $15,000-to-win A-Main. Taking only the top-two, Junghans’ night was over with a sixth-place outing.
